Pet Restrictions:

We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. Pet Fee of $350 per animal. Pet Rent is $25 (per pet per month). Combined weight may not exceed 100 pounds. Exotic animals are prohibited. We do not allow visiting pets. PetScreening profile is also required.

  • Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bull Dogs, Karelian Bear Dogs, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
